We run a triage system.
All clinical consultations our now triaged by a clinical clinician, GP consultations cannot be booked in advance.
On requesting your consultation you will be asked to give a few details to reception staff. Please do not be offended by this, as it will help the clinical Clinician decide if the patient can be dealt with via telephone consultation or requires to be seen at the surgery for a face to face consultation.
Extended hours appointments are available Monday mornings and Monday evenings please speak to staff for information. (This service is suspended during the coronavirus pandemic this will resume when given notice by Health Board).
If you only require a self-certification form please click on 'other information' under key information list to download a self certificate form.
If you are unable to keep your clinical appointment, please cancel it in good time, so that the appointment may be offered to someone else.
Reports should be requested after 10.30am and before 6.00pm. Results are available between 3.30 - 4.30pm (excluding Wednesdays).
When calling the surgery, you will hear a recorded message advising you of the available options, please listen carefully to all options.
All GP consultation requests are made by telephone these cannot be made at the reception desk.
Patients should not come into the surgery unless invited by a clinical Clinician or a member of practice staff.
